the turtle grass review is a magazine of literature and art. art is wonderful because it exists only in the mind, that mysterious prism which lends unbounded depth and presence. we hope to collect and publish pieces that will, when shone thru the mind, act rather unexpectedly. we ask that you send work having fixed within it this sort of dwelling-light, but that being said it may be of any color and amplitude you choose.
